Once an order is placed, it is added to the Atlas Build Queue. Orders are designed and built in the order that they are received. Every custom build is crafted with passion and meticulous attention to detail from inception through finishing by a single craftsman. For this reason, there is generally at least a ten to twelve month turn around time on most orders.
Due to current high order volumes, the number of orders accepted on a monthly basis are limited.
Rush Orders
At this time, due to high order volume, no rush orders are being accepted.
Order Cancellation
Due to the custom nature of each Atlas Cabinet, once an order is locked into the Atlas build queue, a client has up to fourteen days to cancel their order. Beyond the fourteen day period, orders cannot be refunded.
Returns
Due to the custom nature of every Atlas Cabinet build, returns are not accepted. If you are not satisfied with your piece of equipment, please contact us and every measure possible will be taken to ensure that your needs are met.
